    Hi all,
Just thought some of you might know the answer to this, I have a Dell PDA, and I wondered, can it be converted to a Sat Nav system and what I need to do this with?
Thanks if you take the time to reply

I also used TomTom on my Dell. I have a hardwired GPS ‘mouse’ in the car & use the Bluetooth receiver for the works van (so nothing left on display – harsh lesson in Glasgow 👿 ).

    Bigger SD card – 256Mb minimum – £15/£20
Receiver about £30 for a generic wired version / £40 for bluetooth
Holder / Cradle – £10-20 depending on type.

Legitimate software (TomTom) £100+ – I’d wait for the 2006 version to come out…

Doddle to setup & work, but set aside £150-£180 to convert…..you can almost buy a dedicated system for that!

Scrap the above! Nice link George.
