you’ve probably got an air block or something. Have you recently changed the cartridge, or run out of ink?

Can you see if there is ink in the lines going to the head?

I beleive a faulty damper can also cause this problem. But first check for air in the tubes leading to the head as Shane has said.

yes problem in dumper, i did change all 4st.
now is OK,
