please notepayment to be made in full at time of collection
in other words you cant get your car back untill you have paid

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All prices are quoted Net of Value Added Tax at current rate. Quotations are valid for 60 Days from date of Quotation
Orders will only be accepted in writing on official company stationary. A 50% Deposit is required with all orders and final balance of payment is due immediately on completion of work unless agreed otherwise and confirmed in writing.
All goods and services will remain the property of Action Signs until the price has been paid in full and the customer shall remain a bailee only until final payment is made.This works for me dont stick to it all the time but it sets the stall out

Over here, they have in many shops (usually repair shops & panel shops) a sign that says
“Repairers lien applies to all vehicles unless full payment is recieved at time of vehicle collection”.
It’s a legal term that says that until they pay for the work and parts, they can’t pick up the car. Have that on your stationery at time of booking in ( if you use such) and definately have a sign displayed prominantly.
