But it also allows you to apply graphics on boards

    apply mask on cut graphics

which i have just found out about so was wondering is there anyting else which i am missing which my laminator can do?? I have just set it up today so am pretty keen on using it tommorow!!

I must admit what my laminator can do and what i can do with my laminator are two completely different things. I hate the thing and use only when i really have to. good luck. i hope its not the same for you.

They’re also pretty good at rolling shortcrust pastry, saves loads of time and are wonderful at creating fine layers of dough thus preventing any cracks, drying out or becoming too soft. One might suggest this is ideal, keep the heat in the rollers low and covered in a fine layer of flour, too much flour and you’ll get real issues.

Will thats too much effort and unhygenic to put it in a laminator why dont you get your mrs to use a rolling pin LOL 😀

I was talking more about the kinfd of other uses such as is it possible to weed graphics for instance. this might sound unusual but there is a very similar mechanism which dos just that and its the difference between 10 hours and an hour of work. as i’v already dicovered so much unrecognised potential, i would like to know if there is even more so. 😀

you cant use a laminator to weed like the weeder taper.
you can use it for wringing clothes out though

If it works anything like what I hope your talking about Peter then I am gonna be very overjoyed. Question is where would it collect the excess as obviously would’nt be on the main roller?? 😮

also would just like to go off topic on the main topic 😉

when laminating how do you know where the right point is of the height adjustement?? my laminator has 2 nobs which can go from just above an inch. when laminating sheets of vinyl would i just go all the way down to the lowest??

    thanks 😀

I wouldn’t do too low cos you’ll get shortcrust pastry on your prints. :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

Sorry Peter noticed it was a "cant" and not a "can". ignore previous comment.
