Sorry Kevin. I received both files but can’t open either.

I’m no expert, but I suspect that your problem may be that your mail reader doesn’t understand MIME format, which is what this file was sent as.

Unless anybody knows any better, all I can suggest is that you ask your customer if they can re-send in a different format.

Im not an expert, but are you using AOL?

We used these for a short time, and if they dont know or use that kind of file, they convert it!

We have an FTP site that you could try sending file to if this helps. We run a network of both MAC and PC machines with Quark and Adobe software on both platforms.
