Well I create some arts at Corel x3 and Photoshop. After I export for JPG and rip and print using Flexisign. At Graphtec FC7000 I use Corel and the current plugin to cut some vinyl jobs, I wanna "integrate" the both services.

Im waiting for a help, thanks for atention.

    Hi Caique

It is quite simple to do in FlexiSign (btw, I assume you are using FlexiSign Pro). After importing your jpeg, you need to apply a contour (effects menu – Contour Cut). This will be your cutting path.

Click on Rip and Print. In the Rip and print window, click on the advanced tab. Click the contour button and choose your registration mark type. 4 point is better.

In the pop up menu at the top left of this window choose FC7000 as your cutter.

You can now print your sheet as normal, and you will see that Flexisign has printed a registration mark in each corner.

Put your printed sheet in the plotter and move your cutting head to just inside the first registration mark. Send the contour from production manager and your Graphtec will go off and search for the registration marks then cut the contour as specified.

I hope I have got that sequence right, I am doing it from memory

Well Phill I try this, but I dont found at my Flexi 7.5 PRO my current Cutter Plooter driver FC7000-130. I try ALL Graphtec driver and anyone works. I when I press CUT the FC7000 cut some numbers and I take a long "BIP" and prompt red light. I think this souds like some error, if you have some to help me plase tell me, thanks for atention.

    Hi Caique

Any Graphtec driver will drive it as a cutter, but you will need the specific FC7000-130 driver to implement the registration mark sensor. It works in a slightly different way on the older cutters.

You need to upgrade your FlexiSign. I think 7.6 is the first version to include the FC700 drivers, check with your Scanvec dealer
