  • Help with New Vivaro lengths, please?

    Hi Guys

I have 3 new shape Vivaro vans to do. I have 1 swb and 2 lwb crewcabs to do. There is a printed element down the length of the vans, I have Impacts vehicle outlines but we all know not to trust these outlines to much.

Thing is that I’ve not seen these vans yet and no been able to measure any of the new vans.

Can anyone tell me what lengths I need to print these strips for the vans. As I need to start printing them ready for when my customer takes delivery.

Images attached so you can see what element the lengths are needed for

Many thanks if someone can help of knows

    From Mark

Looks like you can just print with an extra 100mm or so at each end and then trim

You could look on the Renault and/or Vauxhall websites for the vehicle dimensions, they will show the wheelbase for each option, from that information you could then check your Impact drawings.
In my experience they are generally quite good, I would add 100/130mm overall, will adding that amount affect your design or layout?
