    Hi Guys
Bought an inexpensive plotter from flea bay and got a copy of Artcut software, also came with driver disc for usb.
Installed driver, installed software but now I have a prompt to install signmaker, there is a large list of manufacturer’s and corresponding models but can’t find mine. The instruction manual has ROHS 871 as the model but this does not appear on the list, I assume it is a Chinese re-badge, does anyone have any idea what it may be?

Ps. went onto suppliers site which is Joy’s sewing machines and they list the machine with a different model no which is Joys PF-P871
I tried to contact their support but the dude who deals with plotters was nowhere to be found!

It looks to me like a Sign Pal Puma or Jaguar

    Joys Plotter

    Signpal Plotter

But I don’t really know – all these Chinese plotters look the same to me 😕

Tried both of those but they aren’t on list either, looks like I will have to wait and try and speak to their tech dude in the morning
    Cheers

Not a SignPal Puma or Jaguar, I can be 100% sure on that.

Looks very much like a Pcut or some similar Chinese variant.

Thanks everyone managed to get it sorted, no help from supplier tho. Cuts perfectly and was a real bargain at £250! It is actually for my boyfriend who some of you will know works in other areas of manufacturing so should keep his hands of my kit! 😉

It’s some chinese knock-off. It might cut ‘perfectly’ now but I give it 6 months before you bin it.

Oh Joy,Joy,Joy-usually brings nothing but sorrow!!!!!
‘if a thing looks too good to be true, it usually comes from Joy’s 👿

They had a big stand at Print and Promotions this year-never seen such a load of scrap. Their heat presses should have had H & S warnings.

Hope you don’t have any more bother with it-’cause they won’t-they’ve got your dosh-nuff said
