Help with file please
hi all,
i have spent the morning on the phone to the customer, the marketing guy and the designer to get the file attached as a vector.. (:) but my software keeps replacing the text when i open and i cant match it back correctly…
we’ve had this issue with this same designer before all his files seem to be a bother…either this hassle or files corrupted etc…i have a rockwell bold font but its slightly different to the finished design
if anyone could open these and re-save them i’d appreciate it either as ai or eps for me

but its still replacing the font could you convert it to a path, or weld the text so its no longer a font as such..

😳 ok guys got it….silly me had it on screen as a white box and didnt see it…
