These look like encapsulated GRP panels – pretty much indestructible & vandal proof, the best source we’ve found for these is Armourseal Signs (www.armourseal.co.uk).
If you’re looking for an alternative that you can produce in house yourself you could consider sandwiching a digital print between two sheets of clear polycarbonate. Not as durable but a lower cost alternative.
