    Can anyone help me?

    I have a roland Versacamm sp300 using colorip 2.2.
I have never printed anything over 3 meters long, but today I have need to print a 5 meter long flag material, and after three attempts, it keeps on stopping halfway through although not all at exactly the same location.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Make sure you have no pending jobs in your queue file, delete everything you don’t need, you will be surprised the difference it makes.

It could be that Colorip is struggling on your PC with the size of the file.

Check the file size if purging the rip queue doesn’t work, if it is a large bitmap you may want to resample it a tad smaller, maybe keeping it to around 150dpi or under at actual size. The bigger the print the smaller your dpi of bitmaps needs to be.

Other times this can be resolved by saving the file in a different format, ie if you are trying to rip a dodgy PDF, re-save it as an eps and try again – I’ve had to do that once or twice on some files.
