Help urgently required, please

Hi There

Can you please point me in the direction of someone who can look at my Lynx S-60 plotter as it keeps tearing the vinyl up. I’ve just put a new blade in which worked last time but not his time, it’s quite urgent as I have 55 t-shirts to be finished in 5/6 days.

You’ve recommended changing the cutting strip and blade holder..

did you remember to reduce the cutting pressure when inserting a new sharper blade if not youd go straight through 😕

I adjusted the pen force, I’ve just WD40 everything and re inserted the blade at the moment its still doin it.. On a large logo it’s cutting fine but it’s the smaller detail I’m having the problems with
