    HELP – SP540 – System Shut Down – Now Not Working

    Hi Everyone,

    Having huge issues with my SP540 P&C today.

    Left the power on overnight, this morning the display said SYSTEM SHUT DOWN, so I turned it off and and back on again and now the displays reads DEFAULT PAGE and I can’t get it to start up now.

    Any help or ideas to try would be appreciated, completely stuckat the moment.

    Quick update.

    The printer now is working fine and connecting to Versaworks and prints.

    Only problem is, it is still showing Default Page on display and heaters not working.

    Have you tried to go in and see if you can set the heater temp at all?

    Where I would set the temps is where it says "Default page"
    Cannot access anything from it as the keys wont work. I think that the controller has lost its memory.
