    Hi Warren
Amari Plastics do a 6mm ACM or Perspex do a product called Palboard which comes in 3mm 5mm and 10mm increments

I’ve seen the palboard, lightweight foam-core board, I reckon it will become quite mainstream,

Can I ask what 6mm composite might be used for? must be quite heavy!

Needs to fit into a rail that accepts 6mm-12mm boards and need to be very robust

We used a bunch of 10x5ft sheets at 4mm thick just recently and the weight difference when handling is considerable.

    As has been said,
if it is more for packing to fit the rail mouth you could cut straps and VHB tape them together.

if the depth is pretty deep and you want to keep it rigid. you could tape vertically, lightweight aluminium L-Shape angle to the rear periodically. it stops any flex or bow that may happen and adds to the overall rigid structure, particularly near a panel join.

however, its to be robust as a result against impact, I doubt ACM is the route because of its thin skin face and softcore regardless of thickness.

Palboard has it’s uses but not anywhere as robust as composite, Multipanel do a 6mm board, or at least they did, which PDL will be able get hold of
