    hi i was wondering if someone can tell me how to remove the word custom from this in adobe illustrator 10 as i cant seem to figure it out as i am new to illustrator

    If its a vector file you are using in Illustrator then you should be able to go to Object – Compound Path – Release, then just select the bits you want to delete with the cursor. Hope this helps.
