Hi,

I’m actually doing some reflective signs at the moment with a similar spec,

there are a number of suppliers who do reflective engineering grade vinyl, I went with Hexis as they are local to me and not bad prices, good quality too. Grafytip also do reflective vinyl.

can’t understand why you would need flexible vinyl for composite, flex would normally be used for flexible plastic or curtain sides etc

I know Grafixuk Ltd do a range on reflective vinyl’s.
We use them sometimes. Definitely worth a call. Their web site is not the greatest and does not show their complete range.
