Brian, you should be able to access any email address via the web, if you have the details, if that’s what you mean.It doesnt matter who your isp is,

Set yourself up with a gmail or googlemail account for now, just temporary, until you manage to find out who is hosting your domain and controlling your mail server, its honestly simple to set up, so long as you know who it is, thats what you need to find out before you can route your mail correctly.
Virgin will only help on virgin mail addresses, if you have a personal email address that will be directed to your mail server provider.

You cannot always access email via the web if its pop3 based peter, unless they have webmail facilities.

I use 1and1.co.uk and when outlook decides it doesn’t want to work i go through there website. You could try Mozilla Thunderbird same as outlook but works! Think i will go back to it!

    who hosts your site Brian

This is what I said before, you need to find out who hosts signs-elite.co.uk and get them to find out why the mail server is either not routing your mail, or what your user/pass is, if you haven’t paid a subscription for the year it may have lapsed so once renewed may auto activate again or may have to be set up manually, depending on the company and how they operate.

when you type in signs-elite.co.uk theres no site, it just points to
dev-net.co.uk so maybe its been taken down
