Help on Mobile signs
Hi guys
Help wanted again. Would anyone know of any light mobile signs (on wheels) suitable for displaying signs around the edge of a sports stadium. A local stadium wants advertising and sponsors signs that they can wheel out and wheel back in again on Astroturf. Kind of an “A” board with wheels. I believe they are to be some 2 foot high and six foot long and light weight. I dont really want to make them myself as they require about 20 of them. Anything available commercially?

Get someone to fabricate out of angle iron a tent shape of the correct height and just add the wheels & the panels.
Edit I didn’t read the light weight…..what about ally angle then?

Like Tim I would look at getting them fabricated by someone locally, if they want 20 then this will probably work out much more cost effective than buying in something ready made, these displays seem to be quite costly to buy in. Try the companys that make display cases as they often do this sort of thing as well.
One thing to watch though is that if they are to lightweight you may have problems on a windy day, try holding a 2 foot x 6 foot board outside in the wind !!! -
I have contacted a local sign company & fabricator (not a member of the boards !) and have come up with a plan.
