Help needed with print problem on vp540
We are getting these random blocks through our prints, can anyone

Sorry to state the obvious but have you done a few really deep cleans? Also the heads may need a clean to remove any excess rubbish stuck on the them.

Hi, yes we have done a number of deep cleans with no improvement.

How’s the nozzle check? It prints magenta continuously? if, so, that’s a fried head. Also check the head cables.

Looks like an electrical fault, had something similar with my ProIII only they were full bands running across the print, ended up having to replace the reader cabels going into each print head. Wasn’t an overyly expensive job, around £200 (6 heads on the pro III so 12 cables) though looks like its just the magenta off on yours. Do you have anyone that services the machine?
