help loading pics?
Posted by valegraphics on 27 November 2005 at 20:53Pete. Sorry for for being STUPID, but whats the best way of attatching a pic . Everytime i try i,m told the size is too big. What am i doing wrong?

Thanks guys. But i’d really like to know what i,m doing wrong.Re-sizing photo to 1inch square in corel, browse then attach, but i get a message saying max size is 400kb. Not sure where i,m going wrong. It,s buggin the hell out of me as i have a few photos to share!!!!! Cheers

matt, in corel draw just “export” the image as a jpeg … you are probably exporting or saving the image as another format which keeps the file size too large? All files need to be 400kb or smaller so jpeg is ideal.

Open your original image in coral, save as or export as a jpg you will then get a window with a slider to enable you to compress the image, click the preview button and moe the slider so that the size is less than 400.000. save it and then post. If you right click on the saved file and select properties, it will give size info.
