Have you recently changed the black ink cartridge?

With the head parked – undo the pipe leading from the print head that uses black leading to the pump. Connect a syringe and try to pull the ink through. Check that the black feed tube leading to the head is solid with ink. If there are bubbles there you should be able to eliminate them by sucking the ink through the print head using the syringe.
