    Hey all im Shane i have been on the boards for a couple of weeks and have been reading some really helpful hints and tips and have also been helped with a few questions i have posted on here which i have been very grateful for and so i thought it was time to introduce myself.

    I have a small large format print business based in sunny cornwall which i have to say is a great place to live and work, i started printing in 2005 when i brought a printer and started doing canvases but having a wife who’s back ground is graphic design we soon started to branch into some design work which of course led us to signs banners flyers etc which we have subcontracted for a while and are now starting to bring some of it in house with the purchase of our 1st roland print and cut machine.

    Now being new to the whole solvent printing its a big learning curve so im sure i will be on these boards quiet a lot reading through old posts aswell as new ones to solve the problems im sure i will have.But also hoping to help people along the way with the things i can help with.

    HI there Mike Cornwall is small just takes ages to get anywhere lol we are Mid cornwall

    Agreed. Unless you want places close to (but don’t have to cross during summer) the A30 😀

    I feel sorry for the people trying to cross that road sometimes. And the A303 that leads to it is the same – constant flow of fast traffic. Want to turn right – forget it!

    Better off season though.

    Mike you know it well im guessing and i could be wrong but you down here also? and yes or summer drivers when your trying to make a delivery is port issac and they want to enjoy the view lol
