Hello From Somerset!

Hello everyone,

I thought it would be polite to introduce myself. My name is Lisa. I have recently set up my own business and bought a Roland VersaCamm VS-540 2 weeks ago so it’s all very new to me.

My family owns 2 car dealerships with 3 franchises. So my work will mainly be vinyl for vehicles, flags, banners and window stickers etc. I haven’t had a go with flags just yet but need to make some very soon. I also have a heat press to do clothing but that’s another thing I haven’t had a chance to use yet and I would also like to do wall arts.

I have got signlab 9.1 which I’m having a few problems with but I will put a post about those in the more suitable section. Fingers crossed someone will be able to help me as I need to do it ASAP!

I have tried to add a picture of me on my profile but for some reason it won’t work. Will try again soon.

We are near Yeovil so if we get any banners that we cant mange on our VP300 we will be in touch 🙂

We have been selling on ebay, I know! for a couple of years and have decided to attempt expansion. We want to enter into the promotional markets rather than specifically the sign market. So are looking at t-shirts, mugs. stickers, labels. But of course will not refuse the odd banner.

But as we work from home we are unable to manufacture signs or large displays

Your not far from me then. I’m in Taunton and used to work in Yeovil.

I have been looking into opening a Ebay shop myself. Sounds like you do well on there.

Hi Lisa yes im self employed dont bother with a shop most of my work is word of mouth or referals keeps me going, all sorts relly ,shops , motors , banners & boards
