    Hi all,

Just thought I’d say hello and introduce myself.

I started my business 4 years ago doing sublimation printing and very quickly moved into diamond drag engraving. I’ve done mainly small gifts and trophy plates up until recently and now want to develop my core business into signage.

To do this, I thought I’d invest in a new laser engraver to broaden my substrate options. After reading dozens of posts on this board, I came to the conclusion that as I’m in this for the long haul, I should avoid the cheaper Chinese imports and invest in something more robust so went with Epilog. I aim to be producing signs by cutting/engraving acrylic, wood, laminated plastic, trophy aluminium, brass and stainless steel to name but a few.

So, as this forum has already helped me with a few decisions in my new venture, I thought I’d join up and will hopefully impart some of my knowledge when needed and no doubt as ask for advice when I’m short of ideas!

Anyhow, that’s me and thank you for reading 😀
