I have been reading uksignboards for the past 5 years or more. So thought i would just say a quick hello to everyone!

41 years old now, but I Started in the sign industry when I was 18 at Hammersmith College doing a Signwriting course and have progressed from there.

In that time i have been lucky enough to work with some of the worlds biggest blue chip companies. SEGA, John Lewis, Waitrose, Sony, Ted Baker, Gazprom, Chelsea FC. etc.

I now specialise in LED window displays and cutting edge bespoke sign systems. I enjoy the challenges that are thrown at me on a daily basis, especially the projects that have tight deadlines. It keeps things interesting! 😀

well enough from me for now, I will hopefully find the time and be making more posts and will help out with any advice whenever i can.

I will also post some of the type of work we do in the Portfolio section of the site.

Hi John, you have a good memory !! I can’t remember who I had as a tutor but do remember in my last week spandex introduced there first 610mm sprocketed vinyl plotter! I put my brushes in the loft and they’ve been there ever since!!

I didn’t go to Hammersmith but went Beckenham and also Hackney College in 1977-79 for signwriting
