    Hello everyone!

Nice to see such a great community here. I’m Andy, I live in the amazingly pretty Bamberg in the north of Bavaria, the world capitol of Beer!

I spent a few years in the sign trade back in the 90’s, but now I’m going to be using my cutter for air brush stencils and finishing touches to the bicycles that I refurbish and design.

I hope I can also return any help I receive and look forward to getting to know you all a little.

    Kindest Regards

    Andy

    Almost defiantly John!

Beer is cheaper than water here (in the shops) by far, which has it’s good and bad points, as you may be able to guess.

Seems like a very friendly community, which is always great for support and being able to give a little advice to others.

I used to lecture in digital image production at a university back in the UK, so I can help out anybody with photoshop problems, techniques and I also have a few old tutorials knocking about for simple but important skills in photoshop, though I’m not a fan of constant use of photoshop to promote an unreachable level of good looks, it has a billion other uses…

I was also interested in finding out if there are any people out there who are using plotters for prop making, there is a potential for using a plotter to draw out unfolded sections of 3D models for construction of simple parts of costumes and models, might be worth looking at too. If anyone reading this would be interested in taking a look at that, I’m interested in getting involved.
