Hello
Posted by Stephen Morriss on 8 December 2004 at 16:06Quick intro and hello to everyone, joined a couple of months ago but I’ve been a bit busy to log on.
Started about 2 years ago with my wife helping part time and I wish I’d found this site sooner, bit of a steep learning curve this job :-).
Hope to contribute more in the future.
Thanks
Just in case this appears twice I’m having trouble submitting a post 3rd time now 🙂

Welcome Bowber. Where’s Kirkby Stephen? It’s not North is it? 🙂

:lol1: :lol1: :lol1:
Since you met me Andy, you’ve really developed a mistrust of Northerners haven’t you? 😉
Cheers, Dewi

Put it this way; I’ve got to go to Luton at the weekend, and that’s too far North for my liking. It’s all them whippets and flat caps…..dodgy lot.

I know mate, its drinking beer in anything but a tall half glass as well isn’t it 😕 And the way we drive… I mean, anything over 20mph and you’re risking a hernia. Not to mention not being charged to park in a tiny space everytime you go shopping 😥 😥 😥
Its a hard life 🙁
Cheers, Dewi

Shandy Dew, you lot drink shandy. Anyway, where is Kirkby Stephen?

Don’t be scared away by the hard stuff Andy, its really not that bad… you get a little dizzy with the first couple of glasses, but by the time you’ve had 12, no worries! 😀
Btw, really loved your antics in the Porsche this last week, shame it kept breaking down 🙁 Any plans for another video or are you leaving it to The Stig? 😀
Cheers, Dewi

Ah Cumbria, in that case all is forgiven. Love the place.
Strangely Dew, my bro has just returned from a cruise. Being as he is fantastically wealthy and went 1st class he was invited to the Captain’s table. The Captain asked him if he was related to old Jeremy as he looks remarkably like him. 😀

Hi bowber,
welcome aboard, ignore those two above, they are both as mad as a box of hares, 🙂 We are also a husband and wife team, Both NORTHERNERS.
Red and White Roses, Works well.
But for our sins stuck down south.
Andy Dont forget your hob nobs this weekend.

welcome aboard Bowber.
Arr Kirkby Stephen, that brings back memories, used to do alot of sledging and go-karting (the old no engine pram wheel type) around those hills. My Grandad built his house in Hartley just down the road. Me Dad went to the Grammer School there.
So there you go a small world, have you been there long?
Cheers
Dave

See, I knew it! 😀 Been telling you for the best part of 12 months, you’re Jeremy! 😀 😀
Sorry to hijack your opening Bowder, its just these Southern wussies and their grand ideas of serving the best beer at £5 a pint :lol1: As you can see, 2% at least of the uksb membership are certifiable, I’d stick with the sane ones like Dave if I were you 😉
Cheers, Dewi
