Heat / Touch Sensative vinyl / coating / ink / paint ect??
Hi,
This is hard to explain but I was wondering if anyone knows of a touch / heat sensitive vinyl or other coating that could be applied over vinyl that when heat is applied either by touch or sunlight, ect that the coating will turn from opaque to translucent?I want to have it so the images underneath dont show through until the item is touched or heat is applied.
I hope this made sense, haha, picture like those beer cans/bottles that have the blue mountains and then when they get warm the blue dissapears.
Anything, even if its an ink coating or paint, ect will work, I just need any help bc I searched everywhere and cant find something like this.

You can get a screen ink which does this. I haven’t used it myself, but a
search for ‘thermochromic’ ink should yield some results.Cheers,
