    Hi all.

I just had my light magenta and light cyan head stop firing in my Grenadier, not one nozzle. I’ve been told it maybe the the head fuse that is on that bank of heads. Where can I find the head fuse and how do I access them. £280 for an engineer to come out for a new fuse in seams alot to me lol

I think next year I’m gona fork out for a warranty lol

    Hi Mark,

For all our grenadier parts we use

    http://www.digiprint-supplies.com/

They are based in Belgium, There won’t be alot of difference in the price for a fuse, but for anything big they are quite a bit cheeper than buying from Roland directly.

    Hi Mark,
the head fuse is surface mounted in a not very obvious place. Many times this fuse when it blows, also takes out circuitry further into the head board so go carefully…. this will get expensive so tread carefully.

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for your reply, had the fuse replaced by Tech8 engineer and at the same time had a head replacement as well. Yes, it was an expensive day that day I’ll tell you. LOL
