  • Having problems with sign lab7 dont let me print over 2m

    I have a uniform cadet and for some reason sign lab 7 don’t let me print over 2m, would any one know what i am doing wrong here?

    Hi,
    In the RiP check what the printer and cutter madia lenghts are set at.

    Also check it is set to roll and not sheet.

    For fast support, I would recommend contacting the CADlink UK Tech Support. In the meantime, it would be worthwhile to check the following:

    1. Go File menu >> Print and Cut Setup.
    2. The Print and Cut Setup dialog will default to the Printer tab.
    3. Click the Page Setup tab and confirm the page/roll settings.
    4. If using a roll, then check the Roll Length.
    5. Click the Cutter tab.
    6. Click Setup to open the Plotter Setup dialog.
    7. Verify that the Machine Limits (Length and Width) are set correctly.
