Looking to change over to a bulk system in the next wee while.

Although I get a good price on the 440 carts (Activsol) I’m borderline for shifting to bulk in terms of volume at present…but have a few high volume jobs in the pipeline so quite keen to shift over.

Will be buying from SignMaster (where we bought the kit in the first place) as we have a good working relationship with them. Although not the cheapest I can get it represents good value to us (service & backup).

Any tips of using & maintaining the refillable system from regular users on Cadets with full solvent?

    Cheers

    Dave

    Hi Dave,

I have been running our cadett on the bulk system for over a year now and must admit it is pretty hassle free.. I have had no issues at all with regards the ink etc.. I buy my inks from the same people you do and have to say I am real glad I swapped to the bulk system

    cheers

swapped to bulk ink system some time now… over a year at least… no problems… ink seems to go further and its easier to monitor what you use due to the clear bottles and carts.

from experience with solvents, make sure you keep your maintenance routine up every week.
