    these have really annoyed me, we have been buying a few mugs from these and my dad ordered some for me and my brother, i get home tonight to find they have sent Wycombe style mugs and they look shite, really they do, the handle is poor. looks like i am looking for another supplier, they haven’t even answered my dads emails

    a phone call normally sorts any problems with BMS MUGS but only when the boss is in.

    you could edit to problem with BMS Mugs, ooh i am livid about this, the mugs they have sent are awful, they are wycombe and we had Durham before, there is no comparison, the Wycombe mug is poor poor poor, the handle is awful

    I always get their 10oz European mugs, no problems.

    Hope Wycombe are poor poor poor today. Off there shortly. :lol1:

    Have you called them Emily? always better than emailing if you have a problem. May be just an honest mistake that they will quickly rectify.

    Ive had problems with BMS mugs in the past, but Martain has ALWAYS sorted them out. Im ordering mugs on Monday hopefully, and will watch out for these.

    Every supplier out there makes mistakes, its how they deal with them that matters to me :lol1:

    all is good, the manager rang my dad and everything is good now 😀
