has anyone else had problems with anti-virus & Flexi 7.5
Hi
I have just got a new laptop which has mcafree virus protection software on it. i have install Flexi 7.5 (worked on my old laptop fine) but now the production manager times out and fails to launch. the only way that i have found to get it to run is to remove the virus protection software??????
has anyone else come across this problem?
Has anyone got any ideas on how i can get both programs to work?

it somthing to do with the personal firewall, i think your find

had the same thing with my flexi when it goes to production manager it fails it is your firewall settings

I think there’s a setting for whether you are cutting on a local machine or another on a network. Might be that.

if you have the disc for macfee then uninstall it,then uninstall flexi, re- install flexi, then re-install macfee, it should then ask you if you want to allow access to flexi, click yes.
should be OK then.
