Hanging a lightweight indoor sign
Posted by Kate and Danny on 12 March 2007 at 11:11Hi,
I’m making a small sign for a church cafe.
I am only using 3mm dibond or 3or5mm foamboard.I want it to ‘hang’ like a picture, so that it can be easily removed ( by nuns ! ) and hung back up on picture hooks or nails rather than being screwed to the wall.
Any suggestions on what the setup on the back of the sign itself should be.
Thanks
Danny

SMPs Keyhole fixings work well, ive uesd them for all sorts of things.
John I think you have it the wrong way round, surely it should be hook on and offable :lol1:

I reckon the nuns should use the same method used to attach Jesus to the cross. i.e three nails – one nail at either side and one at the feet 😕 😳

My Priest has given me ten Hail Marys to recite – and I’ve to retract my comment about the "Nails"
