Hanging 10mm PVC Board as picture – Any ideas?
Hi All
Am doing a job for a photographer who has an exhibition coming up where he wants a 36 x 28" print mounted on 10mm PVC board (I use foamalux). with hangings on back to allow him to attach to gallery hanging system (vertical wires with adjustable collars with hooks). Normally I supply them with shadow mount blocks on back with recessed screw cut outs so gives frameless impact and stands off wall by about 10mm. Not sure how to attach somethng like a d-ring or sawtooth to back of the pvc board – will it take self tappers? Anyone got any ideas or done something similar? Going to run some tests to see what can work as am a bit stumped as to best way to do it and don’t want to ruin finished product for sake of the hanging problem!

Thanks Colin – much appreciated, :thumbup2: just need to check weight loading out but see they do a stronger one as well which might be in order.
