Hiya John,
We don’t use that one mate and the weather here on the south coast is starting to warm up now slowly bust surely!! 😛
-
-
They’ll have the stonework sandblasted before you put it back won’t they?
Incidentally how is it fixed to the wall?
John
-
Hi John, answers as follows:
a) Stonework will stay as is (but at least my work will look 100 times better again.
b) It has 3 threaded bars that go through the wall and bolted from inside, the op’s staff have been moaning that the fresh westerlys lately have been making it cold as the wind is blowing through the holes, normally us out in the middle of the night freezing our nuts off in gale force conditions while they are drinking tea behind their desks!! what goes around comes around I say! :lol1: :lol1: -
Nobby…..That looks terrific!
I haven’t been to this site in quite a long time……..I’m glad I stopped bak in.
I can’t wait to see it finished!Joe

That’s sounds absolutely great
I’m sure Rob will be delighted to have a demoand by the way welcome back
John 😀
-
A demo would be great. Then we can all realize how hard it is and how great you two are. Sure, go ahead, rub it in. 😀

I have to agree with all the comments, the refurbishment looks to be coming along great and a demo would be a great idea.
Unfortunatly I can’t produce work like that and I have great admiration for those that can. A demo won’t help me one little bit but I would be very interested to see how exactly this sort of work is done. -
Thanks for the welcome back!!!
I’ve emailed Rob and Jill (she’s the one who knows how to set this up).
I can email a pic of my piece if anyone would like to see it…..but I don’t know how to get anyone’s addy?????
If you email yours to me jcieslowski@snet.net I’ll send it along.
Thanks again.
Joe

I just heard back from Rob and he’s going to set up the demo with me….I have a lot more pics and I have to write a bunch of captions…..give us about a week.
Thanks,

Looking fantastic though! 😀
If you’re finishing it over the next couple of weeks, where will you take the final pictures before its delivered? We’ve seen the attic room & dining room… how about the kitchen? 😉 😉
Seriously cool work, can’t wait to see the finished article! 😀
Cheers, Dewi
