  Hand carved HDU, gilded projecting sign

  This hanging "signs" sign took me about 6 hours.
  Mostly sanding and painting. The bracket took about an hour and a half.
  It takes a lot of priming and sanding to get the HDUsmooth enough for gilding in particular. For instance, it took about an hour to carve and sand the word "Signs" and 3 more to paint and then gilding it.
