I have a merc sprinter to do with my cadet. Would cast with the grey glue be alright, as it has to conform into those recesess. Anyone know of a reliable product with profiles that wont let me down? Also on the subject of profiles, i had my cadet installed with a disk of profiled but these are all uniform profiles. Are these pretty much universal or should i use the stated media profile? Never bought cast for print before . Help would be appreciated. Hope phill and co are doing alright with there’re cadets!!!!!!

off the top of my head you have two digital wrap vinyls you could use for this. grafiwraps two part wrap vinyl. (vinyl + laminate) or Oracals NEW digital wrap vinyl. Commandform. better get code for that though as i think they only call it that in the states!

oracals digital wrap vinyl “should” run perfect using your uniform “gloss 5-7 year vinyl” thats already preloaded on your machine.

grafityps wrap vinyl has its own profile, but if you call them or visit their website you can download the profile for your machine there.

these are two i know of, but there are many wrap vinyls out there that i would guess, by now the supplier can sort you with a profile. however, be wary of the vinyl you choose as not all can conform well on a sprinter.

The oracal is called 3951 and needs 290 laminate.

I don’t use the graphytip product. but can vouch for the conformability of the oracal.

Another product you might look at is the 3M 180c. A good product too.
