    grenadier not reading reg marks help !!!

    afternoon guys, ive printed some work this morning with reg marks included, all looks well but when i put the media back into the printer it wont auto align on the marks, ive tried everything i can think of!! rip were using is colorip and ive tried this on all different medias to see what happens, nothing! any advice much apreciated, craig
