Grenadier Ink Status
When I purchased my Grenadier a few years ago it was running on some really cheap bulk ink set up and was in quite a poor condition. Recently I had an engineer over who gave it a good MOT, we flushed the system replaced heads etc. wiper blades etc. etc. It now runs on Granthams ink cartridges.
My question is there doesn’t seem to be any indicator to let me know the cartridge levels. The ink status on Versa works state the cartridges are empty but it seems that isn’t the case. This will be my first time replacing the original cartridges so will the machine tell me when a cartridge is empty or is it a case guess work?

On my old Grenadier SP-1400C, it stopped printing and beeped when the ink ran out and the display showed which cartridge needed changing.
Ignore Versaworks for ink levels as you’ll have a lot left when it says the cartridges are empty.
You can also check on the Grenadier – Menu followed by arrow down until the words INK REMAINING appear, then click the right arrow to show carts 1-8, then press down arrow for carts 9-12 -
