Greetings from Saskatchewan
Posted by Jarrett Miners on April 22, 2010 at 10:39 amNew to the UK from Canada. Saskatchewan is in the Mid West – Indian country – hence the name meaning "Swift Flowing River" in Cree. London based. Useless bit of trivia for you all. Just dropping a line to introduce myself. Picture forthcoming.
Regards

Hi Jarrett
Hopefully someone will answer your post about wraps… I personally don’t touch them so can’t comment
Welcome to the boards

Welcome from Queensland, Australia, Jarrett – Queensland means ‘Gods own country’ in the Australian vernacular 😉 – good to have you here 😛
-
Welcome from PA.
I actually have had quite a time up in Skatchan in the past.

Also got to try buffalo burgers and wild boar sausage (I think) and ride in a Model T or maybe A.
I bet London feels quite different from all those wide open spaces.

Nice city – good rivalry… never quite the same in SC after Graham James left… he had some way to motivate those guys… shame really.

Yes, he says wandering off topic. Graham was with the Canucks in Moose Jaw for some time.
Yes, Jill gave me my lovely hat which hasn’t left my head yet!Lots of good Saskatchewan lads in the NHL. I used to play hockey in Sask and many came back from ‘The Show’ and played in our league. Too slow for the pros but still too quick for most of us!
