    Graphtec: what is Novram Init ?

    hi
    when i turned on the cutter, Novram Init message shows then , the cutter doesnt move at all, even cant load ,

    tried factory setting – hold up arrow key and power on , but nothing changed.

    anyone knows why and how i can sort it out?

    quick search on google suggests motherboard

    Might be better to ask Graphtec themselves

    Talk to Graphtec, were really helpful when we has a similar issue. Eventually decided it was easier to return to them to be fixed but happy to send parts if you prefer.
