    Hi All,

    Wonder if you can help me, for some strange reason when I go to contour cut a printed job on my graphtec, it comes up with ‘access error’ I can cut lettering no problem.

    i am assuming you have used the cutter for contour cutting printed graphics successfully before now, or is the first time?

    also what software are you using.
