Graphtec Help
hi hope somebody can help, Graphtec CE5000-60. having a problem with it will cut out but leaves a cut line through the cut text as if its not picking the knife up between traveling to the next cutting point, there must some tehcinical term for this but not sure what that is.
Has anybody got any suggestions i can try

Sounds like the blade holder may not be moving up & down freely. Not sure what they are lubricated with if anything at all.
Try doing a search on the forum for blade holders to see if it throws up any old posts.
