Hi, I’ve got a problem that I can’t seem to fix and don’t know why it’s happening … I can load my vinyl on to my graphtec ce6000-60 once loaded correctly I then do the cut test (small triangle in a square) which once correct is fine on the right hand side .. Then I slide the carriage to the middle and do the test again which has cut but not the best and then continue to move the carriage to the far end and do the cut test again to which it has only scribed the vinyl, not cut through … What’s causing this? Can’t seem to figure it out … Hope someone can shed some light on the situation? Thanks in advance :banghead: :banghead:

Daniel the rail the cutting head is running on is out of line with the bed this could be someone has fitted a cutting strip incorrectly or may be the machine is not sitting on an even flat floor. Takes very little to go from cutting to scoring

Sorted the issue …. It was the blade holder … Wasn’t seated correctly .. Had it above the flange. It below it haha! Thanks Dave
