Graphtec ce5000-60 Contour Cutting to Much to the Left
Hi there does anyone know when contour Cutting with My Graphtec ce5000-60 it cuts out of sync and I get I massive bit left on the left and it cuts into the design on the right hand side of the design. On screen in Illustrator and in Robo master pro it is pefect on the design on screen but doesnt cut in the place sits showing on screein it is out of line for some reason. Does anyone know how to sort this as I think it must be the machine not the software.

You have to work out if its the head not calibrated to the eye or the application shifting the 0.0 position of the artwork.
Graphtec really is quite poor in my opinion but once you have worked around it a dam good cutter -

Sorted it . The Guys at Graphtec uk sent me out the Service Manual which is different to User manual and it showed me how to caliberate my machine as the head was out.
