graphtec ce 5000 60 problem
hello people .Having a small but annoying tech issue with my ce-5000 60.For some reason it seems to be missing the bottom of the first line of lettering .The same kinda thing that would happen if the word or graphic i was doing was far to large for the vinyl if you get my drift .Checked the page size seems fine and ive never altered anything to my knowledge ….any help appreciated

Just an update on that i dont think its the plotter when i created another file it worked perfectly.the file that i was having problems with was created in signlab.l tried to export as an eps then ai but when i tried to bring them back in they just came in as a small line

Hi Brian, I had the same problem with an Omega file, I just put it down to a rogue file. Re-drew and sent it to the cutter and it worked fine.

Thanks jason yip weird one on reflection i think i had this happen years ago and im sure all i did wss duplicate the filr and it worked which it shouldnt hsve done really but it did
