Is it possible to use google fonts to cut vinyl?

I recall trying to use one of these fonts once before and giving up in despair.

    Any advice?

I don’t think it’s possible to export the fonts out. They are ‘hosted’ by Google for use via CSS code in a web page.

Saying that…you might be able to make a web page and import it, embedded fonts and all, into Corel or illustrator as an HTML page…then convert to curves and export out…just spit-balling…

I’m a bit late on my response but yesterday I sent my supplier a file for a quote router cutting and they told me the font was being replaced with an alternative. They told me if I combine the text as a curve (Corel Draw) it would not be an issue. It’s called Unioning in Inkscape, not sure what it’s called in illustrator, but it makes a cut path out of the text, which is then usable.
