People find it easier to find their way around Kennington Park, South London, thanks to Glyphics. The Workspace Group invited Glyphics to come up with branding and a wayfinding strategy for this, their UK HQ and the base for dozens of small businesses. They’re housed in a group of interesting old buildings across a large site.
But the long distances between them, inside and out, presented people with a sizeable navigation challenge. As well as creating the Kennington Park brand, Glyphics did a complete wayfinding survey and then designed and installed all the signage the site needed.
Outside, this includes signs at the gates, fingerposts, courtyard totems and lightboxes on building tops. Inside, there’s directional signage, signs on the office units, digital wallpapers and manifestation spots on glass walls. And because companies are likely to move as they grow, everything’s flexible, easy to change and cost effective.
