We get ours from Paragon Imaging Materials (part of Robert Horne Group), haven’t bought the gloss though, only matt. I think an 8x4ft sheet is about £20 (ish) but can’t be certain – failing memory I’m afraid!

    Cheers

Paper Co (Europoint). They call it ‘Forrex Tops’ and you should not pay more than £30 for a sheet of 5mm. I would not advise covering std foam with gloss vinyl because vinyl scratches show very easily, especially on black !

Phil, when you flood the foamex, do you fold the vinyl around the edges and around to the back, otherwise you get horrible white lines showing when you have a join in the panel.

One trick when flooding is to paint the edge of the board before applying the vinyl

yes mate always return vinyl around edges where 2 boards joins but my job was going in euro trim so didnt see outer edges so just trimmed flush

but signdevil is right must have good good boards
cause black gloss shows every scratch

if i could get black 5mm gloss for £30 i wouldnt of
bothered to flood them not worth the hassle
